*Ingredients:
Meatballs I used about 1 1/2 doz of homemade meatballs * * The meatballs are fully cooked
°24 ounces Marinara sauce jar used San Marzano sauce
°1/2 yellow onion cut into cubes
°3 crushed garlic cloves
°1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
°2 tbsp olive oil
°3/4 Spaghetti Noodles
°1-2 cup grated cheese used half colby jack and half mozzarella cheese
°1/2 cup grated parmesan
*Methods :
In a large cast iron frying pan, fry the onion in olive oil over the sea/low heat. Add the garlic and continue to fry until the onion is cooked.
Add cooked meatballs.
Add the marinara sauce and 1 teaspoon of Italian spices.
Heat over the med/low temperature for 20-30 minutes.
In a separate large bowl, cook spaghetti noodles according to the instructions of the packaging (under cooking for 2 minutes).
With a pierced tablespoon, place the meatballs from the sauce and set aside.
Cooked spaghetti scoop (with a tablespoon pierced) in marinara sauce. Add about 1/2 cup pasta cooking water. Gently stir until the pasta is completely covered with the sauce.
Add cooked meatballs over spaghetti.
Top with grated cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 * for about 20-30 minutes or until hot melt, bubbles and cheese.
